Nose: wonderful fruit flavors (peach, pear, apple)
Palate: peaches and cream, light minerals, and a great finish
This is such a wonderfully delicate wine. I'm actually not fond of peaches at all, but this wine has such juicy fruit notes to it that it works! And being left in contact with the yeast adds that cream touch to it that produces a light and wonderfully body as well as long finish.
Totally a seafood wine, I'm thinking mussels and oysters, but I can also see this with salads.
