Saint-Bris Sauvignon BlancI can safely say this is the oddest Sauvignon Blanc I have ever had.
"Passion Fruit Punch" was the phrase I uttered after the second sip. The first sip was full of confusion - is this a Sauvignon Blanc??? It is just so... punchy. Light floral notes, but the passion fruit really did dominate my taste buds.
This is such a strange Sauv Blanc to me, that I want to keep it around and have others try it. It is one of those things were you "This is weird, try it!" And your friends do ;)
